• Apply NICE NG246 (Jan 2026) guidance in routine clinical practice
• Identify when to measure waist (BMI <35) and calculate waist-to-height ratio
• Interpret WtHR thresholds and clinical risk stratification
• Use the target WtHR <0.5 (“waist less than half height”) in patient assessment
• Integrate WtHR into EMIS/SystmOne templates and workflows
• Align documentation and coding with updated NICE recommendations
